Jakub has a wealth of study and work experience in finance and business, not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. At V-Sharp Venture Studio, he is primarily involved in finding interesting investment opportunities and following up on invested startups. He worked briefly as a financial analyst in Sweden, and after returning to the Czech Republic he focused mainly on the online food segment at Rockaway Capital. He also worked at the startup Košík, where he built the Business Intelligence department and managed other strategic projects. Later, he was also involved in the acquisition and development of the e-grocery company Bringmeister in Germany.

Petra works as Managing Partner at Impulse Ventures, a venture capital investment fund that focuses on pre-seed and seed startup investments in the Czech Republic and other V4 countries. She entered the VC world as a senior associate at the Czech VC fund Nation1. Prior to joining VC, she worked as an investment manager for private individuals focusing on equity investments. In the investment area, she co-founded a robo-advisory firm where she was responsible for investment portfolio construction and legal and regulatory affairs. She has been a very enthusiastic stock market investor for over 7 years and due to the time consuming and vast nature of opportunities in the stock market, it is also her favourite leisure activity.

Ondra was the founder of Czech Founders VC, where he has been investing in startups for over two years. Thanks to his legal background, he is mainly involved in the transaction process and preparation of investment agreements. Before diving into the world of venture capital, he founded 2Climb, a company producing fitness equipment for climbers, which he then successfully sold.
